When I'm not performing, I've spent the past couple of years working in a bakery in Manhattan, as a private chef for several families in Atlanta. Although I'm largely self taught, these experiences have only increased my love for sharing food with others.
I'm extremely passionate about food sustainability, accessibility, locality, and composting. I wholeheartedly believe that food fosters community; a fantastic meal is only made more wonderful by the people you share/create it with.
